Writing Portfolio

For three years, I have worked seasonally for The University of Akron’s department of Communications and Marketing (UCM). During my time here, I have wrote different types of pieces: press releases, articles, and stories

The seven pieces above hold the most significance to me, each for various reasons. However, the highlight of my writing portfolio are my magazine stories.

Each topic for my stories were carefully selected months in advance, giving me ample time to perfect each story. All my stories went through multiple rounds of editing — a process my writing had never been through — and each time I received an edited version ( an improved version) I strived to make my writing as polished and clean as its final draft.

I live by this philosophy, but not just for my writing, I strive to have a level of enthusiasm, dedication, and attention to detail in everything I commit too.
