For nearly three years, I had the incredible opportunity to work alongside the brightest communications and marketing minds at the University of Akron’s Office of Communications and Marketing (UCM). There, I observed the administrative and editorial processes that created and published the university’s communications and marketing content. In my position, I had the opportunity to generate and write my own stories and press releases for publication while receiving critical feedback on my work.

The six piece above are the most significance and impactful stories that I wrote during my time at UCM. Each are special for their own reasons, but each are equally valuable to me.
